Overview

Logos and banners are crucial to defining users' brands on Direct Orders, no matter which element of the solution is being used. This guide outlines how users can easily upload their own logo and banner images to Direct Orders and apply them to their digital menus. 

Process

Update a Brand's Logo & Banner in Direct Orders

1 Log into Otter Dashboard  
2 From the Apps menu in the top-left of the screen, select Direct Orders  
3 On the Your Brands page, click the Edit Banner button for the brand you'd like to change the logo and banner of.  Each brand has its own associated logo and banner that must be changed individually.
4 A pop-up window titled "Brand Imagery" will appear. Click the Logo and Banner fields to upload an image for each. Be sure to follow the size and format guides for each field.
5 When your images have been successfully uploaded, click the Save changes button. Your brand's logo and banner are now active!

Q: Why doesn't the image that I uploaded look right?

A: When uploading a logo or banner image, be sure to follow the size and format guides shown. If you don't, the uploaded image may display incorrectly.

Q: Do uploaded logos or banners apply to all of my brands? 

A: No. Each brand has its own associated logo and banner that must be uploaded individually.

Q: Where will customers see my logo and banner images?

A: These images will be present throughout each page of your online menus. They apply for both Online Ordering and Digital Dine-in service.
