Brand logos and banners are crucial to an online ordering experience. It’s an eater’s first impression of your business and what you have to offer— it also becomes an identifier when returning customers are trying to find your restaurant.
For tips on brand logo and banner for your website, check here. Once you have your logo and banner ready— in the Otter Dashboard, you’ll be able to upload, edit, and preview your brand logo and banner for your Online Ordering Website.
Adding a Logo & Banner
Once you have your logo and banner ready— in the Otter Dashboard, you’ll be able to upload, edit, and preview your brand logo and banner for your Online Ordering Website.
Follow the steps below to add your logo and banner to your website from the Otter Dashboard.
Image Requirements
Images for logo and banner uploads must be at least 1000 x 1000px and one of the follow file formats: PNG, JPEG, GIF, SVG, BMP, or WEBP.
Step Process Image 1 From the Otter Dashboard, select Apps > Direct Orders. 2 Click [Edit Banner] for the brand you’d like to upload a logo or banner for. 3 Click Upload photo or drag/drop photo for corresponding Logo or Banner. 4 Click [Save changes] once images are uploaded. 5 Banner and logo will show updated on the Your Brands overview page.
Editing a Logo or Banner
Follow the steps below if you want to edit or delete a brand banner or logo.
Step Process Image 1 From the Otter Dashboard, select Apps > Direct Orders. 2 Click [Edit Banner] for the brand logo or banner you'd like to edit. 3 Click X next to the corresponding Logo or Banner you’d like to delete or change. 4 Click Upload photo or drag/drop photo for corresponding Logo or Banner to replace the one deleted.
Click [Save changes] once images are uploaded.
5 Banner and logo will show updated on the Your Brands overview page.
Viewing Storefront Logo & Banner
Once you have a brand banner and logo uploaded, you can view them on your storefront from the Otter Dashboard to see how they will appear to eaters ordering from your Online Ordering.

Step 1
From the Otter Dashboard, select Apps > Direct Orders.

Step 2
Click View Stores for the brand logo or banner you’d like to view.

Step 3
Click [Open store link] for the location to view.Select to view the storefront for Delivery/Pickup or Dine-in.

Step 4
Storefront will open to view online ordering selection from the eater’s view.

- No— Each brand will have its own logo and banner that must be uploaded and applied individually.
- Your logo & banner will be displayed throughout each page of your online storefront and menu(s). They apply for both Online Ordering and Digital Dine-in service.
