Summary
Payout statements are lists of the take-home pay for the transactions made from restaurants on Online Food Ordering and/or Future Foods’ virtual brands over a period of time.
Payout statements can be found in the Financials app of the Business Manager portal.

What are payout statements?
Payout statements are lists of your take-home pay for the transactions made from restaurants on Online Food Ordering and/or Future Foods’ virtual brands over a period of time. Payout statements can be found in the Financials app of your Business Manager portal. -
What are the main uses of the feature?
It focuses on payouts and transactions rather than orders. It imports invoices directly from the Online Food Ordering and ingests only transactions that have been deposited by the delivery platforms as payouts thus allowing for deduplications of duplicate transactions and automatically surface discrepancies. -
Who is this feature available to?
It is available to all customers subscribed to Future Foods. -
When am I scheduled to get my payment?
Future Foods processes payments every Thursday and disbursement advice of the same is sent to your email address. Payments are issued every Thursday for the previous week and not for the ongoing week. Each pay run consists of orders from the previous Saturday - Friday every week. Depending on your bank, you will receive your Direct Deposit from orders completed the following week every Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. The direct deposit will be labeled under ‘Kitchen Concepts LLC’. -
How can I view my pay statement?
You can view exact pay statement dates by logging into your Business Manager portal. After you have logged in, hit 'Financials' on the sidebar and then 'Payouts'. Once in the Payouts portal, you can hover over each payment date to see what dates are included in your payout.
Important to note: The Commission and Discounts columns added together make up your Future Foods fees; Error charges and Adjustments make up the Adjustments passed through to Future Foods by delivery platforms.
