Is your integration already live?

If not, and you are still under development, please reach out to api-solutions@tryotter.com for support or through the communication channels that our technical team has shared with you.

If yes, your integration is live and being used by customers, what is the severity of your integration issue?

Sev 2: 1 location or multiple locations are having issues with my integration

In order to quickly assist our mutual customer on fixing any active integration issue, please direct the customers to reach out to Otter Customer Support via the appropriate channels.
Contacting your partner manager in these cases will not speed up the resolution time, as store individual information will be necessary.
