Overview
This article provides step-by-step guides on how to connect your printer to your Order Manger tablet or Otter POS.
Connecting a Printer
Initial Printer Connection Process
| Step | Process | Detail |
| 1 | Click the profile icon and then click Settings | |
| 2 | Click Hardware tab and then click New printer | |
| 3 | Select between Add my own printer for your own Bring Your Own Device(BYOD) or Add Otter provided printer

| 4A | If you have your own device, you'll be prompted to choose your model manually. Select your printer's brand. | |
| 4B | Once the brand is selected, choose one of the corresponding model of your printer. | |
| 5A | For otter provided printers, there will be a printer model QR code stick on the printer. | |
| 5B | Grant camera access | |
| 5C | Allow camera permission | |
| 5D | Start to scan or select model manually | |
| 6 | After selecting the printer model or scanning the model QR code, you will arrive on the selected printer model setup process. Follow the steps to finish the setup process. |

Printer Setup Instructions: RP-310 (Bluetooth Label)
