Connecting Bluetooth Printers In the New Order Manager Interface

This section covers the universal initial process for adding a Bluetooth Printer in the New Order Manager. Please start here.

Initial Printer Connection Process In New Order Manager

Step Process Detail

Select between Add my own printer for your own Bring Your Own Device(BYOD) or Add Otter provided printer

  • Proceed to step 4 for your own printer
  • Proceed to step 5 for an Otter provider printer

6 After selecting the printer model or scanning the model QR code, you will arrive on the selected printer model setup process. Follow the steps to finish the setup process.
