Card Reader troubleshooting walkthrough
- Unpair the reader from the bluetooth settings on the tablet or terminal. Go to the home screen of your device (leave the Otter app) then go to Settings > Bluetooth > Select the card reader and choose “Remove”.
- Connect the card reader to a power source. Verify its charge status by ensuring
that at least 3 green lights are illuminated.
Tip: Reset the card reader by inserting a paperclip into the small hole near the charging port and pressing down. This action will initiate a reset of the card reader.
