Overview

The Customer Ticket by Fulfillment Mode feature in Order Manager allows you to set specific printer routing rules for customer tickets directly in the Otter POS terminal.

This feature empowers you to independently set up and manage printer and station configurations across multiple devices (such as Otter dual-screen POS terminals and Otter tablets).

For example, if you only want Pick up receipts to print at a specific printer station, you can select [Pick up] under the “Order Type” setting and only the Pick up customer tickets will print. Customer Ticket by Fulfillment Mode | Pick-up.png

 

Printer Fulfillment Mode for Customer Tickets

A printer's fulfillment mode can be set for customer tickets in the Order Manager [Settings] under the [Hardware] tab. The printer will need to be connected to the account prior in order to access the printer details to set the fulfillment mode.

How to: Set Printer Fulfillment Mode for Customer Tickets

1 Navigate to Order Manager homepage and select [Settings] from the profile icon. Profile Icon > Settings.png

3 Click on the printer you want to configure. Select which printer to configure.png

Check the box next to each fulfillment mode you want to configure for this printer.

NOTE: At least one order type must be selected.

Select [Save] after the desired fulfillment modes are checked.

Successful Check Mark.png The Fulfillment Mode is now set for Customer Tickets!

The printer’s customer tickets are now configured to print the specified fulfillment modes.
