Summary
At any point, you may need or want to contact the couriers assigned to a specific live order for a variety of reasons that may include courier no-show, delayed pick-up time or wrong order picked up. This guide will help you understand how.
For supported delivery platforms that allow this information to be shown, you can find the courier contact details within the live order page on their Order Manager.
Contacting A Driver In Web Order Manager
For any current order, a driver’s information can be found on the left-hand side once you click into the order. For past orders, this information will not be available once the order is completed.
Some delivery partners do not make this information available, though. If you need to get in contact with a driver from DoorDash or Grubhub, it’s best to contact them for this information.

Contacting A Driver In New Order Manager
On the order details page, select the courier tab.
Contacting a live order courier for supported delivery platforms
- Select the specific live order on the Active Order list in your Order Manager.
- If the specific order has been assigned a courier, either by the delivery platform or any other third-party logistics partner, you will find the courier contact information on the left-hand side of the order details page.
