How do I mark an order ready for pick up?

If you’re on the Completed tab on the Orders page, click on the order you’d like to mark ready. At the bottom of the page, click on the orange Mark Ready for Pickup button. This will notify the delivery partner the order is ready for pickup.

If you’re on the Active tab on the Orders page; however, the orange button will say Completed, rather or Mark Ready for Pickup. To mark the order ready from the Active tab, there will be a Mark Ready for Pickup button next to the reprint button in the middle of the screen. This will notify the delivery partner the order is ready for pickup.

If you are using Native Order Manager, on the order details page, select Mark ready.
