How do I mark an order completed?

Marking An Order Complete in Web Order Manager

On the Active tab on the Orders page, click on the order you’d like to mark Completed. At the bottom of the page, click the orange Mark Complete button. This will move the order to the Completed tab.

To see all your Completed orders, you can navigate to the Completed tab, which is found at the top of the Orders page. There will be a tab for Active and a tab for Completed.

Note: We recommend marking items as Completed as soon as they have been picked up, in order to keep your Active Orders queue organized. 


Marking An Order Complete in New Order Manager

New Order Manager does not have a mark completed button. Instead, there is a Hand off button, which is equivalent to the mark completed button in the original Order Manager.
