How do I contact a customer?

Contacting A Customer in Web Order Manager

For any current order, a customer's information can be found on the left-hand side once you click into the order. For past orders, this information will not be available once the order is completed.

Some delivery partners do not make this information available, though. If you need to get in contact with a customer, please contact the delivery partner directly for assistance. 


Contacting A Customer in New Order Manager

On the order details page, select the customer tab.
