How do I contact a customer?

For any current order, a customer's information can be found on the left-hand side once you click into the order. For past orders, this information will not be available once the order is completed.

Some delivery partners do not make this information available, though. If you need to get in contact with a customer, please contact the delivery partner directly for assistance. 

 

If you are using Native Order Manager:

  1. On the order details page, select the customer tab.

If you need additional help or information, you can contact support via the following:
