Summary
At any point, you might need or want to reprint a live or a past order's ticket. This guide will explain how to do that through Order Manager, as well as troubleshoot any issues you may encounter with your printer's connection and integration to Otter.
Reprinting An Order Ticket In Web Order Manager
- To reprint an order, click into the order you’d like to reprint.
- On the right-hand side of the screen, halfway down you’ll see a Reprint Ticket button. This will reprint the order as it was originally printed.
- This option is available for any active order or order in the past. The reprint may take up to 10 seconds to print.
Reprinting An Order Ticket In New Order Manager
- On the order details page, select the printer icon.
Reprinting a Past-Order Ticket
- Go to your History tab on the top left-hand side menu of your Order Manager.
- Scroll down the past orders list to find the specific order that needs to be reprinted.
- Tap on the specific order to see its details.
- Click on the Reprint ticket button on the top left-hand side of the pop-up window.
