Language Preferences
Otter Printers do not have the ability to translate menu items into another language.
If you would like another language printed on the receipt, please note that you will need to build this out in your own delivery platform menus. Once done, your orders within Order Manager and your receipts will surface your preferred language.
Can I add prices to my tickets?
Yes! You can do so via the Settings in Otter.
- Click on the menu icon in the upper left-hand corner of the screen
- Navigate to Settings
- Find the option titled Print Receipt Prices
- You can toggle this ON/OFF to customize your receipt
How do I update the correct time on my tablet and receipts?
Adjusting the time on your tablet will also adjust your receipt times. You can do so by following these simple steps:
- Navigate to the tablet home screen, using the button on the front of the tablet
- Select Settings
- Select General Management > Select Time Zone
- Select the correct time zone
- Go back to the Tablet home screen and re-open Otter
