Overview
Please follow the steps in this article to connect your Bluetooth Printer to your Otter tablet. Otter offers two bluetooth printer models (Rongta and Epson) and each has specific steps to follow to be successfully connected to Otter's app.

Bluetooth Printer Setup
How To Connect A Rongta Bluetooth Printer
Please follow the steps below to connect your Rongta RP328 or RP310 to your Otter tablet:

Your Otter tablet should be connected to your business’ main router network. Navigate to the Settings App (a green icon on your tablet’s homepage). |

2 | Once in the Settings App, go to Connected devices - Bluetooth | |
3 | Once in Connected Devices, click on Pair new device | |

Select the correct Rongta printer Otter provides models:

5 | A dialog box will open - please insert PIN 0000 and hit OK. |

Go back to the tablet’s homepage and navigate to the Otter App. Once you’ve done so, please ensure that you are signed in to the correct Order Manager account – you can verify this in the Settings page. |

7 | Find the small gray printer icon at the bottom of your Order Manager dashboard to view your connected printers. | |

Once the small gray printer icon is tapped, a new page will load that allows a printer to be added. Please select the Add a Printer button. |

A list of the compatible printer vendors will be listed. Please select the Rongta button. |

All the compatible Rongta printer models will be displayed. Choose the printer model you have from the list. Find your printer’s model/serial number on the sticker on the back or bottom of the printer. |

Choose the connection type Bluetooth. |

The next screen provides the steps to properly set up your Bluetooth printer. Please reference them when connecting your printer. Next, tap Find My Printer |

The Otter app will then scan for your printer. Your printer will be displayed once the app has found it. |

Once you've selected your printer, the app will let you know when the printer is connected successfully! |
How To Connect An Epson Bluetooth Printer
Please follow the steps below to connect your Epson printer to your Otter tablet:

Your Otter tablet should be connected to your business’ main router network. On your tablet's homepage, navigate to the Otter App. Once you’ve done so, please ensure that you are signed in to the correct Order Manager account – you can verify this on the Settings page. |

Choose the proper connection type for your device. In this case Bluetooth. |

The next screen provides the steps to properly set up your Bluetooth printer. Please reference them when connecting your printer. Next, tap Find My Printer |
