Stripe is your online payment platform where you can access your Otter invoices and manage payment details.
Stripe Billing Portals
Accessing your Stripe Account
Follow the steps below to gain access to your Stripe Billing Portal:
- Using the links in the Stripe Billing Portals section, navigate to the Stripe Billing Portal.
- Insert your email address. This is the email where you receive invoices.
- A login link will be sent to your email. Check your inbox.
- Click [Log In] on the email.
- You should now have access to your Stripe Billing Account.

What can I do in the Billing Portal?
- Pay invoices, review invoice history, and download invoice PDFs for past invoices
- Add and change billing payment method (credit card/direct debit)
- Update billing information (VAT/TAX number, address, & phone number)
Viewing Otter Invoices
Once you are inside the Billing Portal, you can complete the following Invoice tasks:
- Pay open invoices
- Review 'Outstanding' invoices on the top
- Past invoices are located at the bottom of the page under "Invoicing History"
- Download invoice PDFs for past invoices
- Pay a past-due invoice to resume a suspended service
Billing Payment Method
The payment details can be added and updated under the "Payment Method" section.
- Add new card information to your account
- See which card is on file
- Remove a card on file (can only be done if you have another card already on file)
Updating Billing Information
The following account details can be updated under the "Billing Information" section:
- Address
- Phone Number
- VAT / Tax ID
