Reordering Menus

Overview

Once you have created a menu or multiple menus within the Otter Dashboard, you can re-order menus, categories, and/or menu items. This will change the order the menu entities are displayed to eaters while ordering or viewing your menu.

Not all delivery platforms support menu re-order. So, if the menu order is changed— on some delivery platforms, it still may display in the original order when it was created.

FAQs

  • Yes— Just click [Preview menu] to preview your menu before publishing.

     

  • Menu reorder is not supported on all delivery platforms. If your menu order shows differently than what is shown in the Otter Dashboard, it’s likely that feature isn’t supported on that platform and will reflect the original menu order.
