You can manage your business operations using the Otter Dashboard and Order Manager.

Otter Dashboard Account Tool
This is your central administrative tool for managing your entire business and is accessible only to specific user roles. You can access this tooling account by visiting manager.tryotter.com.

Order Manager Account Tool
This tool account can be accessed through the Otter app installed on your Otter device or by visiting app.tryotter.com, and is used to view and manage your restaurant orders.

Keep in mind, the logins used for accessing the Otter Dashboard & Order Manager may differ.

Otter Dashboard
The Otter Dashboard aggregates and displays a complete picture of restaurant health and performance.

- Follow the steps below to log into your Otter Dashboard account.
Step Process Image 1 Go to the Otter Dashboard. 2 Enter your log in credentials in Email address and Password fields. Log in Credentials
Subscription Purchaser: Use the email address and password created when purchasing your Otter subscription.Added User: Use the email address and password created through the Otter invitation email.
3 Click [Sign in]. -
Once you are logged into the Otter Dashboard, you can update your login details within the Otter Dashboard Settings.
Follow the steps below to edit your email address and/or change your password.
Step Process Image 1 From the Otter Dashboard, click on the Profile icon
Select [Settings].
2 Select [Edit] to update your email address. 3 Select [Change password] to update the password for your account. 4 To change your password, enter your current password and the new password you would like to use.
Once the details are filled in, select [Reset password] to save the changes.
- Follow the steps below to reset your Otter Dashboard password.
Step Process Image 1 On the Otter Dashboard login page, select [Forgot password?]. 2 Enter the email address associated with your account.
Click [Reset password].
3 You will receive a verification email from Otter.
You can also select [Resend ->] to resend the verification email.
Wait 5 Minutes to Receive
It may take up to 5 minutes to receive your reset email. Please be sure to check your Spam folder. If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, select the [Resend] option.4 Within the verification email, click on the [Reset password] button to verify your account and reset your password. Forgotten Email Address?
If you forgot the email you used as your username and need to request your login email address, please contact support and include the following details:
Your name
Name of your restaurant
Restaurant address
After 5+ consecutive failed login attempts, the Otter Dashboard account will be locked for one hour. Follow the steps outlined in Resetting a Forgotten Password for Otter Dashboard to regain access to your account.
Order Manager
Order Manager brings together your delivery platform and direct orders so you can manage all your orders from a single place.

When signing into your account on an Otter device through the Otter app, you will use device pairing instead of your login information.
Order Manager ONLY Subscriptions
If you do not use Otter POS and only use Order Manager— you do not need to pair your tablet before logging in. Just enter your email and password credentials to log in.Step Process Image 1 Open the Otter app on the device and select [Pair device]. 2 A pairing code will appear on the page. This code will be used to pair the device in the Otter Dashboard.
Go to the Otter Dashboard on your browser, or scan the QR code on the device’s screen with a cell phone or tablet.
3 Log into the Otter Dashboard. 4 Click on the Profile icon.
Click [Settings].
5 Select the [Devices] tab in the left-side.
Click [+Add new device].
6 Enter the code from your device into the Otter Dashboard.
Select the location of the device to pair it with the correct store location.
7 The device will refresh automatically and will be logged into your Otter account.
Enter your user PIN.
8 Select the [Orders] app to view your Order Manager.
Step Process Image 1 Go to the Order Manager website. 2 Otter Customers: Use the login information provided to you in the hardware package. The email for your account will end in “@orderotter.com.” If you created your account via the Otter Dashboard, use the login information you created for this location when you signed up.
CloudKitchens Customers: Use the login information you created for this location when you signed up. The email for your account will be your personal email address. If you have forgotten your login information, follow the steps under Resetting a Forgotten Password for Order Manager.
3 Click [Sign in]. - You can reset your Order Manager password within Order Manager after successfully logging in.
Step Process Image 1 Click on the navigation icon (3 horizontal lines) in the top-left corner of the screen. 2 Select [Settings]. 3 Scroll to the Reset Password section.
Enter your current password and the new password you would like to use.
Once all the details have been added, click [Reset Password] to save the changes.
- If you’re a CloudKitchens or Otter customer who uses your personal email address as the username for your Order Manager account, you can follow the steps below to utilize the forgotten password option on the login screen.
For Otter customers who use an @orderotter.com email address as the username for Order Manager, you will need to reach out to Support to receive or update your Order Manager password. The @orderotter.com email address does not have an accessible inbox to receive the forgotten password email— this is only a username placeholder.Step Process Image 1 On the Order Manager login page, select [Forgot password?]. 2 Enter the email address you use to log into your Order Manager account.
Click [Reset password].
3 You will receive a verification email from Otter.
You can also select [Resend ->] to resend the verification email.

Otter Customers: Contact Otter Support team to receive or update your password.
CloudKitchens Customers: Use the “Forgot Password?” button to reset your password.
