Financials - Payouts

Summary

Financials by Otter is a new solution that provides visibility to restaurant operators on delivery apps’ payout breakdown. Financial Payouts provides different levels of aggregated payout views across platforms for different locations so restaurant owners can check against their records and understand the composition of their payouts.

Financials uses a new data stream called HiFi (Historical Financials) which pivots to focus on payouts and transactions rather than orders (HOI). It imports invoices directly from the OFOs and ingests only transactions that have been deposited by the delivery platforms as payouts thus allowing us to deduplicate duplicate transactions and automatically surface discrepancies.
