Summary

The Menus Activity Logs feature allows you to view a detailed log of menu actions and track which user acted. This helps to increase the visibility and transparency of all the actions performed by your staff and by the Otter Support team.

How do I view the menu activity log?

  • Log in to Otter (manager.tryotter.com) and go to the Menus App.
  • Select Activity on the left sidebar.

Why do I see “Otter Team” as an actioner in the activity log?

This indicates that a member of our Otter Team has actioned on a menu-related request.

 

Can I revert an action from the Activity Log page?

Not from the Activity Log page directly, but you can use the Menu Version History feature to restore a previous version of the menu.
