The Menus Activity Logs feature allows you to view a detailed log of menu actions and track which user acted. This helps to increase the visibility and transparency of all the actions performed by your staff and by the Otter Support team.

  • Location of Activity Page: The Activity page in the Menus app is conveniently situated on the left sidebar for easy access.
  • Comprehensive Action Log: The Activity page keeps track of all actions performed, including the person responsible, timestamps, and current statuses.
    • Key activities such as publishing menus, updating hours, and managing item availability are all meticulously logged for your reference and analysis.
  • Expandable Action Details: Select any action to expand its details, providing you with more comprehensive information. Click 'View details' to explore associated delivery service platforms.
  • Flexible Filtering Options: Utilize filters based on date, location, action, and status to streamline your search and analysis.

Why do I see “Otter Team” as an actioner in the activity log?

The Otter Team actioner indicates an Otter Support team member performed for this action.


Can I revert an action from the Activity Log page?

Not from the Activity Log page directly, but you can use the Menu Version History feature to restore a previous version of the menu.
