Overview
Uber Eats x Otter integration takes all orders made through the Uber Eats delivery-app and sends them to a single Otter device for more efficient operation.
Integrating Uber Eats with your Otter account, you're able to:
- Easily manage orders from different platforms
- See a single view of your order queue from all platforms
- Connect to delivery drivers
- Manage and publish your menu(s) for multiple channels in one place
Connecting Uber Eats to Otter
Follow the steps below to connect your merchant Uber Eats account to your Otter account.
Step Process Image 1 From the Otter Dashboard, select Profile > Settings. 2 Select Integrations > Explore from the side menu.
Use the search bar to find “Uber Eats”.
3 Click [Connect]. 4 Click [Authorize] to progress with integration. 5 Log into your Uber Eats account using sign in credentials or single sign on (like Google or Apple). 6 Click [Allow] to confirm integration with Otter. 7 Confirm brands to connect with Uber Eats.
Click [Continue].
8 Confirm locations to connect with Uber Eats.
Click [Add x Locations].
9 Click [Done].
Wait for the connection to finish.
10 Once connected, be sure to:
Follow prompts to create a menu and/or publish your menu to the delivery platform.
Note: When publishing your menu, make sure to check Uber Eats for desired locations to ensure your menu is published for that platform.
FAQs
- If you’d like to disconnect your integration with Uber Eats, reach out to the Otter Support team for help.
- No— updating your Uber Eats password will not affect your integration with Otter.
- To activate having utensil options print on the customer ticket, simply log in to your Uber Eats Merchant Portal and enable the option. Once enabled, the "utensils" option will automatically appear in the "Customer Note" section of the customer ticket.
