Kiosk Brand Selection

Overview

For Otter Kiosk and Otter Mini Kiosk, you can select which brand(s) display as an option for eaters to order from. 

This is a useful feature if you:

• Are part of a Multi-Store Ordering group in a food hall or shared kitchen
• Own multiple brands that share a kitchen
• Have virtual brands you’d like to allow diners to order from on Kiosk

Single Cart Checkout
Only the Otter Multi-Store Ordering subscription offers a single cart checkout experience for eaters. Without Multi-Store Ordering, eaters will only be able to order and checkout from one brand at a time.

Displayed Brand Selection

From the admin settings within your Kiosk or Mini Kiosk, you can choose which brand(s) you’d like to show eaters as available to order from.

• Step 1
  
  On the top of the kiosk screen, hold your finger in the middle (about 5 seconds) or tap 5 times until the admin pin window pops up.

  

• Step 2
  
  Enter admin PIN 641804.

  

• Step 3
  
  Tap the Store Filter tab on the left-hand menu.
  
  Tap to select brand(s) to display on the kiosk.

  

• Step 4
  
  After selecting brand(s) display— Hit the refresh icon in the top right-hand corner.

  

• Step 5
  
  Tap the arrow to go back to the Kiosk ordering home screen.
  
  Selected brand(s) should now be displayed once you choose to start ordering.

  

FAQs

• For multi-brand ordering, if a store is closed or paused, it will show as temporarily unavailable or closed for eaters.

  

  If a single brand display for Kiosk is closed or paused, it will show as closed from the walk-up screen.
