Otter Kiosks come in three different sizes that adapt to your restaurant’s needs.
- 27” Standing Kiosk
- 15” Mini Kiosk
- Otter POS Kiosk Mode
Check out the kiosk hardware options below to see which one works best for your business operations.
27" Standing Kiosk
Otter’s 27” Standing Kiosk is an interactive, user-friendly touchscreen device that allows guests to place orders independently, without staff assistance. This specific kiosk uses a floor stand, with the option to have a countertop mount coming soon. Additionally, the Standing Kiosk uses an Epson Bluetooth printer to print customer receipts after purchase.
Standing Kiosks come bundled with the following hardware:

15" Mini Kiosk (Single-Screen Terminal)
The Mini Kiosk is a single-screen terminal dedicated solely to kiosk use. It’s designed to provide guests with a seamless, self-service experience, and is perfect for locations with limited space or high customer volume.
Unlike Otter POS Kiosk Mode, the Mini Kiosk is not intended for POS functionality. This single screen is the hardware that is included with a Mini Kiosk Bundle. This feature lives outside of the Otter app, and requires downloading the Kiosk app on the device. Hardware included:

The “Kiosk App” needs to be installed on the device to process orders through your Online Ordering website. Since there are no POS capabilities for this terminal, the Kiosk App is separated from the Otter app.
Otter POS Kiosk Mode (Dual-Screen Terminal)
Otter POS Kiosk Mode is available for dual-screen terminals that can easily toggle between POS and Kiosk functionality. When Kiosk Mode is deactivated, the terminal functions as a standard POS system for staff use.

This feature can be used on a single-screen POS terminal, but would be best if used as a permanent “mini” kiosk. Because a single-screen POS terminal would need to be physically turned around (while still hooked up to printers and card readers) to serve as a customer-facing Kiosk, it’s not the best user experience.
