Summary
This article covers how to update the prep time across either the web version or new version of Order Manager.
Please Note
- If you are on Auto-Accept, every order will follow the prep time you have set for each delivery partner
- If you are on Manual-Accept, you will have the option to set your prep time on a per order basis when it comes in.

Updating Prep Times in the Web Order Manager
To update your prep times please log into Order Manager and review the steps below:
Step | Process | Detail |

1 | Navigate to the menu icon (☰) in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. | |
2 | From the dropdown, click on [Integrations]. | |
3 | Look for the [Prep Time] column. | |
4 | Adjust the prep time by clicking the drop-down menu and setting your desired prep time for each delivery platform. |
Updating Prep Times on the Otter Device
