To successfully connect Grubhub to your Otter Dashboard, we will need the logins to your Grubhub for Restaurants account. This will consist of the following for your account:
- Grubhub for Restaurants username (email)
- Grubhub for Restaurants password
Please Note that this will require your Admin Login Information in order to fully connect your Grubhub Account.
Troubleshooting
- It's possible your Otter account is on an old Grubhub integration and needs to be upgraded. This will help prevent future disconnections or issues with your Otter x Grubhub connection. Fill out this form to submit your request to our team to upgrade your Grubhub integration.
Once the form is received, the connection upgrade will follow this schedule:Days Process Monday & Wednesday Requests are shared with GrubHub Tuesday & Thursday GrubHub verifies and configures eligible locations Tuesday & Thursday Otter connects the new integration, publishes menus, and completes the process Menu Management with API Connection
With this integration ugrade, Otter Dashboard will become the source of truth for menu and hours management. Edits and publishing will no longer be available through the Grubhub merchant portal— so it's important to keep menu and hours updated within the Otter Dashboard.
