Prerequisite

What you need: 

  • Otter Business Manager Login Information
  • DoorDash Merchant Portal Login Information

To successfully connect DoorDash to your Otter Dashboard, you will need the login credentials to your DoorDash Merchant Portal account. This will consist of a DoorDash Merchant Portal username and a DoorDash Merchant Portal password. Your username is likely a personal email address followed by a password that was set by you during the signup of your DoorDash account. 

If you are having trouble recovering any of the above, go to DoorDash Merchant Portal.

Connect your DoorDash Stores

To connect your DoorDash store to your Otter account, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Navigate to your Orders Application

  1. Log into your Otter Business Manager, then from the Apps dropdown menu, select Orders.
  2. Select Get Started to start the process of connecting with delivery partners.
  3. Select Connect next to DoorDash.

Step 2. Connect to DoorDash

  1. Follow the instruction in the pop-up window and select Authorize to log into your DoorDash account.
  2. Enter your DoorDash Merchant Portal credentials in the new pop-up window and select Sign In.
  3. (Optional) If prompted, follow the instruction to find and enter your 2-Step Verification code, then select Submit to proceed.

Step 3. Confirm your Brand(s)

  1. If your brand(s) already exist in your Otter account, you can choose to Merge with existing brand, otherwise select Create as a new brand and Continue.

Step 4. Add your Location(s)

  1. Using the checkboxes, select the locations you would like to add and select Add location.
  2.  Select Done to complete the process. You will receive confirmation that your location(s) have been added.

Step 5. Check the Status of your Integration

  1. Select your Profile icon in the top right corner and select Settings.
  2. In the left navigation panel, select IntegrationsConnections. On this page, you can view the activation status of DoorDash connection. The connection is successfully completed when you see Online.
