The Doordash self-serve onboarding feature can seamlessly connect your Doordash Merchant account with Otter. This guide will assist you in integrating your accounts and enhancing your online ordering process.

Reminders:
- When your Doordash account becomes âactiveâ with Otter, you will lose the following access:
- DoorDash Tablet - you must accept orders from Otterâs Order manager.

DoorDash Menu Management - please use the Otter Dashboard for all menu management.
- When you go live on the DoorDash integration, DoorDash Orders will only flow into Otterâs Order Manager. This means you will no longer have the ability to accept orders via the DoorDash tablet.
- Once live, you will only be able to accept orders from Otterâs Order Manager.

If the option appears to select either an Existing or New account:

A new pop-up OAuth window will appear. Ensure you do not have your pop-up blocker enabled.

Enter your Business Admin or Business Group Admin merchant portal password

A pop up message will appear to enter the 2FA code and click Submit.

9. | Select Continue to authorize Otter access to your store(s). | |
10. | Select Create a New Brand to create a net new brand for your organization. | |

Use the check boxes to indicate which store(s) you are attempting to onboard to DoorDash.

If you want to import your Doordash menu with Otter. Simply click on "Create Menu".

For the Express setup, select Continue.

DOORDASH QUALITY ASSURANCE CHECKS At this point, DoorDash will perform their quality assurance (QA) checks for the onboarding store(s) and their respective menu(s). During the menu checks, DoorDash ensures the store menu(s) meet their standards by checking operating hours, items, and content. If the menu passes QA, the integration will be ready for activation.

Once DoorDash has completed the store QA, you can activate the integration directly in Business Manager

Select Locations from the left side menu.

Click on the three dots, next to the store status and select Activate.
