How do I add a virtual brand?

Please reach out to our Support Team via chat or email at question@tryotter.com to have a new brand connected for you. To ensure it's quick and easy, please have 4 things ready for this:

1. Name of the brand
2. Name of the physical store you’re cooking the food from
3. The address associated with this store
4. Login information for the brand and delivery partners

Note: Remember to include the PIN for Uber Eats as well
