Overview
Otter’s Menu Manager gives you the ability to manage your restaurant’s menu for every digital platform from one place.
This allows you to create, edit, update, and publish a menu across different channels from the Otter Dashboard— without having to log in and edit from each individual service your menu is offered on.

Menu Manager Integrations
Using Menu Manager, you can manage menus for all connected platforms— for example: Otter POS, Third-party POS, or delivery partners.
This process works with three major steps:
- Channel Integrated: A channel is integrated with Otter, allowing you to create, view, & edit menus within Otter.
- Menu Created in Otter: A menu is created within the Otter Dashboard by manually building a menu, importing from a connected platform, or using an Excel template. Here, the menu can be edited and managed.
- Menu Published to Platforms: Otter publishes menu(s) to all connected and selected platforms from one source of truth (Otter).

Navigating Menu Manager
Menus Page
By clicking on Apps > Menus from the Otter Dashboard, you will land on the Menus page.
Here you can:
- View brands & menus
- See menu publishing status
- Search brands & menus
- Add a menu
- Bulk edit hours
- Duplicate menus
- View menu Activity Logs
Menu Overview Page
By clicking on a menu listed on the Menus page, you will land on that menu’s overview page— where you will be able to view and edit menu details for that specific menu.
You can view & edit:
- Menu settings
- Menu categories, modifiers/modifier groups, & items
- Menu hours
- Menu photos
- Menu translations (for Otter Kiosk only)
- Menus, category, and item order
You can also:
- Connect or manage POS links
- View menu version history
- Preview a menu
- Publish a menu
- View menu status
