How do I view the connection status for my virtual brands?

Web Order Manager

To view the connection of your virtual brand, navigate to the Integrations page by clicking on the menu icon (☰) in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. Please select Integrations from the side panel. On the Integrations page, you’ll see your connected delivery partners and their status.

Once on the Integrations page, you’ll see a drop-down menu in the upper left-hand corner with the name of your brands(s). Please select the brand. Once selected, your connections will appear alongside the connected delivery partner with a connection color status.

New Order Manager

  1. Select the Profile icon and then select Settings.

  2. Select Integrations from the left-side menu.

  3. Select the brand from the brand dropdown.
