Adding a Third-Party Virtual Brand

Overview

If you have an existing third-party virtual brand, you can integrate that virtual brand into your Otter account. By integrating your virtual brand with Otter, you can see everything in one place for your business, and manage the following with one dedicated platform:

  • Manage menus
  • Track deliveries
  • Handoff orders
  • Run promotions
  • Analyze performance

Adding a Virtual Brand to Otter

To integrate your virtual brand with your Otter account, you can submit a request using the Chatbot assistant from the Otter Dashboard or Otter tablet.

  • Click the chat bubble in the right-hand corner
  • Type "add virtual brand."
  • Fill out the requested information
  • Submit request! 

 

After we receive your request, an Otter teammate will be in touch with you to get that virtual brand added to your Otter account.

If you need further assistance getting your virtual brand added to your Otter account, you can reach out to the Otter team directly. Our team will need the following information to help:

  • Virtual brand name
  • Name of physical store (where food is prepared)
  • Address of physical store (where food is prepared)
  • Login information for brand and delivery partners (if applicable)

 


 

Managing a Virtual Brand

Once you’ve added your virtual brand to Otter, you’ll be able to manage that brand’s storefront and menu from the Otter Dashboard as you normally would. 

When publishing the menu for your virtual brand, be sure to only check the platforms you wish to offer that virtual brand menu on.
