Overview
If you would like to opt-out of marketing email communications sent by Otter please follow the appropriate steps below.
Process
- Locate the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of all marketing emails.
- Click on "Unsubscribe" to be removed from the mailing list.
PLEASE NOTE: You cannot opt out of transactional emails or product emails that share essential updates and notifications regarding your subscription.
