Fulfillment Mode for Kiosks
When an eater orders from a kiosk, they can select whether the order is Dine-In or To Go. This feature allows you to set item-level taxes based on the fulfillment mode selected and we will automatically calculate the correct taxes for the order.

Why is our kiosk not showing the custom branding we set up?
Please ensure that the correct stores are explicitly selected on the Kiosk admin page. On theMmini Kiosk, you may need to first update the display size to small, or you will not be able to see the enter button to confirm the admin code. Process below:
- Navigate to Android Settings
- Go to Display settings
- Go to Advanced
- Go to Display size
- Set the display size to small
Do you offer different hardware sizes of hardware?
- Currently, Otter offers 15.6 and 27 inch hardware models.
- Our kiosk software is responsive and can work across multiple screen sizes if you have a custom hardware request, please reach out to our sales or support teams.
What are the mounting options for hardware?
Otter offers freestanding, wall, back to back and counter top mounting options. (Installation costs may vary)
Can I purchase just a kiosk without any other Otter products?
No. At this time, Otter Kiosks are only available as an add-on for POS, Lite or Standard plans.
Is there a loyalty program included?
In the Otter Dashboard, as part of our standard package, we offer Customer Reports. This feature allows operators to see customer order history, view marketing opt in status and create promotions for specific customers.
What is Multi-Menu support and how does it work on a kiosk?
- Multi Menu support is the ability for Kiosk customers to select between different menus (e.g. breakfast, lunch, or dinner).
- Multi Menu support also allows the kiosk to automatically choose the correct menu for the time-of-day.
