Overview
The Otter Marketing app allows you to run ad campaigns in addition to traditional marketing discounts.
Advertisements are a distinct style of promotion, where you can promote your entire store on a delivery platform rather than just offering traditional marketing discounts for specific items.
These campaigns enable you to discover new customers and increase sales through advertising.
Ads are supported for the following delivery partners:
- Uber Eats: Advertise with Uber Eats In-App Ads
- DoorDash: Marketing and Advertising on DoorDash
Creating an Ad Campaign
Ad campaigns offer you a way to manage ad creation across multiple storefronts and delivery platforms for seamless end-to-end management. Otter Marketing can create and configure Ad campaigns for your Uber Eats and DoorDash storefronts directly from the Marketing App in the Otter Dashboard.
The storefront's health status must be healthy in order to include the storefront in a new or existing marketing campaign. Every storefront is not required to be healthy to schedule a campaign. However, only healthy storefronts can be added to a new or existing campaign.

Step 1
Log in to the Otter Dashboard. Click [Apps] and select the [Marketing] app.

Click the [Create Campaign] button and select [Create ad]. -
Step 3
Configure your campaign with the following information:Section Required Settings Photo Campaign - Name
- Channels and locations
- Bid method: Either Auto or Manual
Channels -
DoorDash
- Audience (All customers or New customers)
- Weekly budget
- Max bid per order: If you choose the manual bid method, you must set the max bid per order

Uber Eats
- Audience (All customers or New customers)
- Weekly budget
- Max bid per click: If you choose the manual bid method, you must set the max bid per click
Duration - Set the start and optional end date for the campaign

Step 4
Once all the ad campaign details have been configured, click [Save] to create your campaign. -
Step 5
Once the ad campaign is created, the screen will return to the Delivery App Marketing main calendar view with a confirmation message, in the bottom right corner, stating the campaign was successfully created.
Viewing Ads Analytics
You can view ad campaign metrics on the [Overview] page within the Otter Dashboard Marketing app.
To access a detailed view of all marketing-related data, click [View more insights] to be taken to the Analytics Marketing page within the Otter Dashboard.
