How do I connect my Delivery Partners?

You can now connect your delivery partners by logging into your Business Manager Portal!

Please gather your delivery partner’s login information. Once you have your delivery partner login credentials, you may begin connecting your delivery partners as shown below.


Log into your Business Manager Portal 

Click on the Integrations Tab. From here, you will see two options: 

  • Connected - All currently connected integrations
  • Explore - Area to add new integrations

Note: You may also add additional locations through the Connected tab, by clicking on the house icon displayed. From here, add your delivery partner login information, then select the location you'd like to add. 




In the Integrations Tab, select All Integrations, then click Connect 


The support integrations include DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats & Chownow


Note: For Uber Eats, a PIN is also required to complete integration. If you do not know your PIN, please contact your Uber Eats account manager or Uber Eats support at 1-833-275-3287.

Note: If you run into any issues, please refer to the tool-tips on the left-hand bar of the portal.

DoorDash Direct-to-API Onboarding Process

Weekly Onboarding Schedule


  • On Fridays, we send DoorDash all direct-to-API onboarding stores for the Otter<>DoorDash API integration.
  • The following Monday through Tuesday, DoorDash completes QA work to ensure all stores meet the required criteria to be successfully activated on the Otter<>DoorDash API integration.
  • On Wednesday afternoon, DoorDash and Otter sequentially complete the API integration activation.

Required Eligibility Criteria

In order to be able to direct onboard onto the Otter<>DoorDash API integration, stores must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Have a valid, active DoorDash store ID
  • DoorDash store is not integrated with another external POS
  • Store must have a valid menu on file with Otter
    • Menu cannot be empty or have empty items
  • Store must have valid menu hours on file with Otter
    • Hours must be open more than 30 minutes a week
