How do I view my Delivery Partner’s connection status?

You may view your delivery partner's connection status in either Order Manager or Business Manager.

Step Process Image
1. To view the connection of your delivery partner, navigate to the Integrations page by clicking on the menu drop-down icon (☰) in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. Please select Integrations from the side panel. Screen_Shot_2020-08-25_at_10.33.53_AM.png
2. Once you're in the Integrations page, you’ll see your connected delivery partners and their status. Screen_Shot_2022-03-12_at_9.11.17_AM.png


There are four colors that indicate the status of your connection:

  • Green: This indicates the connection is stable and that you are currently accepting orders.

  • Gray (Status Unknown): This indicates the connection didn’t go through properly. You may reconnect your delivery partner via the Business Manager Dashboard, under "Integrations" 

  • Orange: This indicates a connection present and is processing. This will update to green shortly.
  • Red: This indicates a connection error. This is likely due to a password change with your delivery partner.
4. Note: If you have virtual brands, you can use the drop-down in the upper left-hand corner of the screen to move between brands. Once you’ve selected a new brand, you’ll see the partners connected to that brand. VB_Connection_status.png

Business Manager

Log into Business Manager and navigate to the Connected Page.

This will surface all delivery partners and their connection status.

2. If any delivery partner connection is interrupted, the page will notify you and you'll have the option to fix your broken connections.   


To add a new delivery partner, navigate to Integrations > Connected > Add Account.

Please note that this feature is only available for:

  • Grubhub, Doordash, UberEats, ChowNow, and SkipTheDishes.
