Order Now is a free link-in-bio solution designed for restaurants. It lets your customers transact through their preferred ordering platform (Uber Eats, DoorDash, direct, etc.) and explore your restaurant all from one page you control.

- Secure Online Orders: Restaurant owners use Order Now to increase both their online orders and online presence by centralizing all of their online ordering platforms into a fast customer experience within an easy-to-use tool. Unlike social media campaigns and search engine results, there are no ads and competitors on your Order Now Page.
- In-House Efficiency: Order Now can speed up in-house ordering and reduce customer wait times. Place a QR code on or near the front door, near the line, or at the register so customers can order using their smartphone as soon as they’re ready, not as soon as they reach the front of the line.
- Single-Point Advertising: Order Now can feature online ordering and it can also feature anything with a URL. Perhaps you have a food truck events calendar. Maybe you want to display a new seasonal menu. You might want to host a local contest and need a place to accept submissions. If you have a URL, you can link to it on Order Now.
Functions
Your Order Now page can display links to your restaurant’s delivery app menus so that visitors can place orders within the store’s social media profiles. It can also display links to other pages like a catering site or food truck calendar.
We recommend placing the link in the social media profile description or whatever is the most prominent, non-username, section of each social media profile page. You can describe it as “The best way to order online,” as “The one-stop-shop for all online food ordering,” as “Order Here,” or something similar. The fewer words, the better.
Some examples of how to use your Order Now page include:

How do I create a page?

1. To get started, sign up at https://Order-Now.me |

2. After you have created log-in credentials, head to admin.order-now.me and sign in with the same username and password you were emailed. |

3. Once you’re signed in, you’ll land on the homepage. To the left, under “Resources” is a menu of options. Click on “Pages.” |
|

4. On this page, you can create and manage all of your Order Now Pages. In the top right corner, click the “Create Page” button. |

5. You are now on the “Create Page” section. You’ll be asked to fill out the basic details of your business. The only required field is “Name,” but we encourage you to complete as many sections as you can so that customers can identify your business. You can upload a logo with the “Choose File” button at the bottom of the section. You’ll be able to customize the look of your Page later on. When you are ready, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Create Your Page.” |

6. You’ve created a new Page; congratulations! You’re now on the Details screen of your page. From this view, you can update your business details, create Featured and Custom links, design your page, and submit support tickets. It is critical to create Featured and Custom Links for all your delivery and advertising needs. |

How do I connect my Page to food ordering services and other links?

Order Now allows you to link to any online ordering and delivery platform you use now and in the future. It also allows you to link to other digital assets like your catering menu, your events calendar, a special event, or another website. If you have a URL, Order Now can display the link for you. Once clicked, each “link” will direct the customer to the page you linked to a URL.
There are two link types: Featured Links and Custom Links
- Featured Links are pre-designed for the major online ordering and delivery services, and they only require you to input your restaurant’s specific URL. These links will display as square tiles at the top of your Page for services like DoorDash and Uber Eats.
- Custom Links are your sandbox. You can link to anything on the internet and also design the color, logo, and URL of each Custom Link. These links will display below your Featured Links as rectangular tiles. Perhaps you run a thriving catering business and want to link to your catering scheduler. Maybe you have a food truck and you want to let people see a calendar of food truck festivals you’ll attend. You can link to social media accounts and causes your business is raising money for. There is no limit to the number of Custom Links you can create!
How do I create Featured Links?

1. Log into admin.order-now.me and then find the Page you want to edit under the “Pages” item in the left-hand menu. Click the edit button, which is an icon of a pencil and paper, next to the Page you want to edit. |

2. You should see “Your Page Details:” at the top of the page. Next, scroll down past your business information to the “Featured Links” section. Click “Create Featured Link.” |

3. On this next page titled “Create Featured Link”, select the delivery service from the “Featured Link Type” dropdown. Let’s select Uber Eats. Then, in the “URL” field, paste the URL that directs customers to your brand or specific location on the Uber Eats website. Lastly, hit “Create Feature Link.” |

4. Repeat the step above until you’ve created all of the Featured Links you want. Note that customers who click on these links on their smartphones will automatically be redirected to that service’s app, Uber Eats in our example, as long as they have the app installed on their smartphone. |
