Self-serve menu copying allows customers to duplicate, providing you with a quick and simple way to copy, or duplicate, an existing Menu and Store Hours.

How to Copy/Duplicate a Menu

  1. Log in to Otter Business Manager and navigate to the menus tab.
  2. From the Menus page, find the menu you would like to duplicate.

  3. On the far right, select the duplicate menu icon.

  4. After selecting duplicate menu, you will be prompted edit the brand menu name. If there is more than brand, you can select the brand that you would like to duplicate the menu to.

  5. Hit Duplicate.
  6. Your duplicate menu is now created!

Note: Any duplicate menus will not be automatically assigned a location. Please be sure to assign a location to your new menu.

Assigning a Location to a Menu

  1. Click on the duplicated menu.

  2. Go into Settings.

  3. Select edit Location.

  4. Select the checkbox next to the location you want to assign.

  5. Click update.

  6. Save the changes.

How to Copy Menu Hours

  1. Open Restaurant Business Manager
  2. Go to Hours tab in Otter

  3. Click on Edit

  4. Select on day (ie Monday) and setup your menu hours

  5. Click on the three dots (vertical kebab)

  6. Click on “+” , if you want to add another set of hours

  7. Select “Copied to All days”

    • You will not be able to select the days, copy hours will apply to all days.

  8. The menu hours are now copied to all days
